City folk and rain
The city drummed with the energy of hoards of young lithe nubile bodies under the moonlight, the air was electric with opportunity and the eager eyes of people looking to have a good time lit up the night, a black limousine cruised the streets and parked round the corner from a club that was contributing so much of that bewitching energy into the city air. The lights of the buildings around them bounced off the limousine and made it shine, the driver left his position to open the door for a tall handsome man to climb out. “Thank you Winfred” he nodded and he himself proceeded to walk around to the other side and open the door to the other passenger. The man reached his hand into the car and caught the velveteen hand of a woman, she stepped out and the pavement itself seemed to bow to her. Allaura wore a midnight blue lace detailed dress that hugged her figure as if she were born in it. Her hair cascaded around her face in luscious tresses and she walked with her date in her arm, her white heels and clutch made her earrings shine and she command the attention of onlookers as her and her date walked straight to the bouncers past the long line of those in the queue.
“You look delectable darling” the man whispered in her ear, as they entered the VIP section of the club and settled at a table already decorated with bottles of fine alcohol.
“I know” she promptly replied and kissed his cheek with a smile. The night was setting out to be a great one Allaura considered as champagne made its way down her throat, the man she came with gestured to her to take her hand in his and he led them down to the dance floor. They danced and danced and indeed had a wonderful time, when they returned to the VIP section there were no longer two but six of them.
“I had a feeling you guys would be here “a man said to Allaura’s date,
“Well we definitely had to celebrate after the gala” her date responded. The other man was also handsome, taller and skinnier than her date, and had a ruddy complexion but if anybody ever looked attractive with a ruddy complexion, Allaura imagined it was him. There were now three couples in their VIP section, the table of course was ample enough to accommodate all of them and the curtains around them allowed a more intimate experience, three men and their dates it looked like.
“I still can’t believe you pulled off that speech” the man said to Allaura’s date
“Neil’s ecstatic you mentioned his contribution to the Alliance project” the third man said, a muscular jovial man with an open face and distinctive Eurasian features, his white teeth glinted as he smiled and he stroked the trimmed hair on his jaw casually.
“Dravan is just happy to have got the promotion” the one called Neil responded and all the men laughed, as the women, their dates smiled at each other. Allaura was clearly the eldest of the three and she wasn’t sure how she felt about that, the champagne was blurring her mind and diminishing her urge to decipher the relationship the other women had with her date’s work colleagues. She picked up another glass and invited everybody to do the same; she admired the body on both the other women, one bigger with heavenly breasts and glowing caramel skin, she smelt of vanilla and desire and Allaura found herself wondering how warm those breasts were. The other woman, who was now whispering in Dravan’s ear was slimmer, with a pert bum and long legs which her short black dress showed off, her hair was braided intricately and Allaura admired the complexities of the design and how healthy and strong her hair looked. Allaura didn’t want to assume that just because the two other women were black and seemed to be around the same age that they were friends, but judging from how easy they were with each other it was obvious they had known each other for more than a couple evenings of double dating. The night ended after more raucous dance floor antics with partner swapping, Allaura only could look on in wonder as one of the girls was able to gyrate in front of Neil all the way to the floor and control both her buttocks individually, she could see his arousal as the girl grinded her bum against his crotch. The limousine opened its doors to six passengers that night, the driver opened the door for them and Allaura entered first, Dravan made to enter the vehicle next but his date put her hand in his ace and said “ah ah ahhh- it goes prettiest people first okay hunny” and stepped in the car next, the next girl entered after her before the men were able to get a seat.
The drinking continued in the limousine which had seemed to have taken off without any clear instructions from anybody as to their destination, bottles opened and were drank straight from, Allaura noticed Dravan had his hands just inside the skirt of the girl in the black dress, and Neil was kissing the neck of the other, her date was content to hold her hand and look out of the window.
The limousine stopped and the six found themselves in front of a hotel, in a champagne haze the six of them were standing in the luxurious ambiance of a hotel suite.
“I didn’t get you name” One of the girls, the bigger one asked Allaura, who had hoped she hadn’t caught her staring at her, “Allaura” She responded
“I love your dress” the girl told her, and took her in her hands into the suite as the men began to undress, “I’m Murdisha” she said, as she turned Allaura around and undid the fastening at the back of her dress, “and she” the girl gestured to the other one who now sat astride Dravan on a chair, straddling him, “she is Tia”, Murdisha kissed Allaura’s bare shoulder and sent a shiver of excitement through her body. The full moon looked on as the six devoured each other, the same moon gave light to a creature that may have once been a man, but was now mostly the foundation for a new tree. The moon shone on in ignorance as the suffering of the creature eked itself into the soil, James was now more rock and Earth than human, weeks had passed since he had given up hope and assigned himself to a desolate life of ruin. The humanity drained out of him as he watched his body turn from blood and bones to soil and dirt, Earthworms moved through what was once his heart and under the new tree he closed his eyes and let himself be released from his mortal coil. A voice carried his last breath away, a voice that came from all around, the voice of the elements.
